As a Mission

Analysis Engineer Intern at Astroscale France, you will be part of a dynamic team working on innovative projects that contribute to the sustainability and safety of the Earth's space environment.

Main Missions

* Support the analysis and assessment of RPOD (Rendezvous, Proximity Operations and Docking) Concepts of Operations, including mission feasibility and operational scenarios.

* Develop and maintain

interfaces between Mission Analysis and

System Engineering tools.

* Design, develop, and enhance internal python tools for mission analysis.

* Develop and execute unit and functional tests to ensure software quality and reliability.

* Write and maintain technical documentation, validation reports, and project deliverables.

* Contribute to architectural design discussions and technical decision-making.

* Use configuration and version management tools (git) to support development activities.

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment and actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

Essential Skills

* Currently enrolled in the final year of engineering degree program, with a specialization in the aerospace field/computer science.

* Strong knowledge of software development, particularly in Python.

* Willingness and ability to work in a multidisciplinary and international environment.

* Innovative and proactive mindset.

* Excellent communication skills.

* Fluent in French and English.

Desired Skills

* Understanding of orbital mechanics.

* Proficiency in scripting languages.

* Knowledge of Pytest would be a plus.

* Knowledge of Linux.

* Experience in Mission

Analysis.

* Experience with configuration management (Git)

* Experience in space or robotics projects.

Duration and date: approx. 6 months, from March / Avril
