Senior Cell Engineer
Responsibilities
* Responsible for the design and development of lithium metal cells, sample trial production verification, performance evaluation, and realization of the company's product development goals
* Responsible for cell sample preparation follow-up, test communication, performance anomaly and failure analysis
* Responsible for the documentation from the development of new cell products to mass production
* Responsible for following up power cell customer projects, decomposing customer needs, communicating and discussing client technology, and managing project technical progress
Qualifications
* Master’s degree or above, major in material, chemistry, mechanics, etc., experience in lithium-ion battery, solid state battery is preferred
* More than 5 years of power cell project development experience, leading or participating in the development of more than one power cell project
* Familiar with the design or research and development of lithium-ion cell and solid cell
* Fluency in English
* Good team communication skills
* Project management experience or ability is preferred
